Land Surveying Office & Field Technicians

Holt Surveying & Mapping, Inc., a professional land surveying company in Spokane, WA has openings for office and field personnel. It is preferred that applicants have a minimum of 2 years previous land surveying experience and/or equivalent educational background. Duties include boundary, topographic, ALTA/ASCM land title, construction staking, route and lot surveys. Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, ability to operate Leica survey equipment including but not limited to: robotic total station, GPS survey equipment and data collector are desired.
Candidates must have a record of safe work habits; reliable, punctual and regular attendance; and a professional, contributing member of the team. A valid driver’s license is required. Must be able to work outdoors, standing and walking for prolonged periods of time in inclement weather conditions. Must be able to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds of equipment.
These are full-time positions paying a competitive wage depending on experience and qualifications.
