Professional Land Surveyor Technician (LSIT)
Webuild (www.webuildstaffing.com) is seeking a Land Survey Technician to perform in-office land surveying activities and assist Project Surveyors in overseeing a portfolio of land development projects throughout the Seattle, Washington marketplace.
The ideal individual would have 5+ years of land surveying experience within an engineering, consulting and/or governmental agency performing functions related to the daily processing of field notes, developing construction calculations and preparation of survey drawings for commercial, mixed use and residential development projects.
Responsibilities will include assisting in the preparation of boundary, record plats, easements, construction stakeout sheets, as-builts and topographical surveys for projects utilizing AutoCAD LDD, Civil 3D and related software’s. The Land Survey Technician will additionally work directly with senior staff in reviewing field notes and assuring construction calculations are developed/correct.
Requires an Associates Degree; LSIT Certification and Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Carlson Software. Must have excellent written and verbal communications abilities.
