Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) - Seattle, WA
Webuild (www.webuildstaffing.com ) is seeking a Land Surveyor / Project Survey to perform in-office land surveying activities and independently oversee a portfolio of land surveying projects throughout the Seattle, Washington marketplace.
The ideal individual would have at least 5+ years of experience performing and directing survey design for land development, grading and construction staking projects. Must have the abilities to perform all in-office survey requirements, as well as, prepare information for field crew use on commercial, mixed use and residential development projects.
Responsibilities will include the preparation of boundary surveys, record plats, easements, construction stakeouts sheets, as built’s, alta’s and topographical surveys for projects. The project surveyor will also be responsible for setting up field crews, analyzing field data, drafting and working with engineering staff as needed for competition of projects.
Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Geomatics or related discipline. State of Washington Professional Land Surveyor Registration (PLS). Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, as well as, experience with Civil 3D 2016/2017.
