If so, consider joining Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) as a Land Survey Field Technician ( Assistant Civil Engineering Specialist) in the Land Survey group of the Project Delivery and Engineering Branch. This position will provide project support to Capital Improvement Projects in the form of survey mapping, right of way and property delineation, easement interpretation and creation, and general measurements needed to establish line and grade on utilities throughout the City. The successful candidate will have a desire to learn, work, and communicate effectively with others, be proactive in contributing to a productive and safe work environment, and enjoy working in the public sector. This position reports to the Chief Surveyor.
