Our firm was established in 1986 in Brewster, WA, by our founder Roger Erlandsen, who started with three employees and focused solely on professional surveying services. Since then, we’ve grown to 19 employees with offices in East Wenatchee and Chelan and our original Brewster office.

In the intervening years, we have contributed our skills and expertise to help make our region a strong and viable place to live, work, and play. As we look to the future and plan for the continued growth of our communities, we embrace new challenges, looking for opportunities to wisely develop our region while minimizing the negative impacts of that growth.

Job Description

Summary:
This position is responsible for surveying on both Public and Private projects. Work will also entail developing relationships and marketing with both Municipal and Private clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to the following):
• Project Management – Responsible for completion of assigned survey projects, including scope, budget, schedules, and workflow.
• Survey Manager – Manage all aspects related to survey technical staff including but not limited to: verifying project setup, scheduling, compliance with field procedures, overseeing data processing, safety procedures, etc.
• Surveying – Research, completion of Record of Surveys, Plats, Short Plats, Boundary Line Adjustments and other land use documents.
• Marketing – Working with existing and future clients to expand workload
• Mentoring – Working with staff to expand their technical abilities
• QA/QC – Review of plats, plans, specifications and estimates for accuracy and technical elements
• Estimating – Develop project scope of services and budgets.
