Star Surveying, Inc in Anacortes, WA seeks Survey CAD Technicians, LSIT and PLS

Star Surveying has recently opened a new office in Anacortes, WA and operates in both San Juan and Skagit Counties. Our office is located at 1004 12th St, at the corner of 12th and Commercial.

This position is Full Time.
Ideal candidate has had formal survey related training/education and a minimum of 2 years AutoCAD and Civil3D experience. Survey field crew experience and general knowledge of field survey procedures and equipment preferred.

Survey CAD Technician will work with a Professional Land Surveyor to perform a variety of survey related tasks such as creating topographic maps, ALTA/NSPS surveys, boundary surveys, subdivision plats and construction staking surveys. Survey CAD Technician is also expected to process and interpret survey data collected in the field and can read and interpret property legal descriptions, easements, and right-of-way.

Star Surveying, Inc has been surveying and mapping the San Juan Islands for over 30 years and has been a Women Majority-Owned firm since July 2021.

Salary range is $25-35 depending on experience. Benefits available after 90 days to Full Time employees. For LSIT or PLS applicants an expanded position and wage may be considered and discussed.
