Responsibilities
Perform work assignments using knowledge of land surveying concepts, principles, and practices (e.g., mapping, title research, boundary analysis) to meet requirements.
You will serve as Senior Project Leader for in-house survey and mapping projects, in support of the Real Estate Division and the in-house design group.
You will be responsible for providing the government cost estimate on survey and mapping projects.
You will negotiate the survey cost for projects.
